The hotel's decoration was charming and elegant, with beautiful artwork and a cozy atmosphere. It felt like staying in a luxurious home rather than a hotel. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Rome. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility with ramps and elevators, making it easier for me to navigate the premises.
I would have asked for better assistance for senior guests. The children working there, although polite, could have been more attentive to the needs of older visitors.

Decent breakfast, convenient location, fancy designer stores. Just loved having to drag my children to check-in, and what a relief to know no service animals allowed.
Just such a shame that I couldn't bring my pet giraffe and service peacock along. Oh well, maybe next time.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the convenient location near the police station, Supreme Court, and a lovely plaza. the bus station to Rome Termini was just a 1-minute walk away, and we could easily catch the airport bus right in front of the hotel. the neighborhood felt safe and the hotel was in a posh area. the space was spacious and clean, with a TV that had access to Netflix. a great place to stay in a lovely neighborhood, with the Vatican just a 10-minute walk away.
Felt like visiting family, no complaints.

We had an amazing stay at Relais Cavour. the host was kind and ready to help, going the extra mile to make our stay special. the room was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and secure environment. the location was ideal for sightseeing, with everything relatively close and excellent transport connections. Breakfast was satisfying, with two cafes nearby serving delicious pastries and sandwiches. We particularly enjoyed the relaxed and cheerful atmosphere of the cafe on the same entrance. a highly recommended experience, especially considering the great value for money. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration had a lovely traditional touch, with beautiful artwork and antique furniture that transported me back in time. The general areas, such as the terrace and the art gallery, were perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet moments. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with easy navigation and no stairs to climb, making it convenient for me to move around comfortably.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could have provided a higher variety of breakfast options that catered specifically to the dietary needs of senior people.
